You will be working your magic on a full-time year-round basis. Your schedule will be flexible. The starting wage is $25 per hour, up to $35 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Here are some more details:

Essential Duties

  • Provide on-site technical support and resolve issues.

  • Install, maintain and troubleshoot IT systems.

  • Conduct routine inspections, repairs and upgrades to optimize performance and ensure security.

  • Train hotel staff and assist with audiovisual setup for events.

  • Respond to IT malfunctions calls.

  • Develop and maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures.

  • Provide a stellar customer service experience.

  • Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.

  • Ability to set up and configure software and hardware.

  • Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies.

  • Ability to listen and follow directions.

  • Ability to take directions, give instructions and be adaptable.

  • Basic project planning and management skills.

  • Proficient at problem solving and prioritizing tasks.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and compile records.

  • Proficient at investigating to troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field preferred, or compatible work experience.

Minimum of two years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the hospitality or related industry.

Experience with Microsoft Windows, Azure and Office 365 preferred.

Other Requirement

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Performance Measurement:

  • 90 Day performance review, annual performance review, attendance, productivity, feedback from others, etc.
