Our Bangor office has a position available for a Per Diem CNA!

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF UNIT: Home health service is that component of comprehensive health care whereby services are provided to individuals and families in their places of residence for the purpose of promoting, maintaining, or restoring health, or minimizing the effects of illness and disability.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: To perform personal care activities, household tasks and errands (only with certain payer sources) as outlined in Home Health Aide care plan. The care plan is to be developed and supervised by a Registered Nurse.

EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent and CNA certificate.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year recent (within 24 months) CNA experience in a hospital or nursing home facility preferred.

CERTIFICATION: CNA certificate from a program which meets current State of Maine minimum requirements. Currently active and listed in good standing.
