Covenant Health CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER- $20,000 Sign on Bonus in Bangor, Maine
Position Summary:
Under the leadership of the VP of Patient Care Services and direct supervision by the Clinical Director, the Clinical Nurse Manager shares accountability and is responsible for 24/7 coordination of clinical services to meet licensing and accreditation requirements and assure delivery of safe, quality patient care in their assigned area. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: human resource management, quality improvement, staff development, communication, compliance with policies, financial management. The Clinical Nurse Manager will play a critical role in improving and attaining key performance metrics in the department, such as patient satisfaction, employee engagement, patient outcomes, and retention of staff.
Position Qualifications:
BSN/ Masters (preferred)
3 years minimum of nursing management experience
Active State of Maine RN License
BLS
ACLS
