RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducting a valuation assignment for all kinds of real estate including land, factory, office building, retail space etc.

  • Conducting a valuation analysis for real estate starting from site inspection, market field survey to value assessment and report preparation.

  • Make thorough inspections and investigations of a property and consider factors such as location and business in their valuations.

  • Coordinates team on real estate properties to accurately estimate the market value for financing purposes.

  • Visit sites to decipher areas, conditions and determine the local laws and regulations governing the area.

  • Conduct property valuations and create quality detailed reports, ensuring that proper timelines are followed.

  • Ensure the integrity of the evaluation request through validation of the legal description and ownership interest.

  • Meet all service level standards for responsiveness to clients. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or real estate.

  • New Graduates are welcome.

  • Experience in property valuation, credit analyst or related fields are advantage.

  • Very strong command of speaking and writing, both Thai and English.

  • Good in data collection and analysis.

  • Ability to exercise judgment and deal with complex real estate property types and legal structures.

  • Microsoft Office skills are required, especially Microsoft Excel.
