Responsibilities:

  • Sustainability Strategy: Develop and implement a sustainable product strategy that aligns with the organization's overall sustainability goals and objectives.

  • Product Development: Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, with a strong emphasis on sustainability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainability considerations are integrated at every stage.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging sustainability trends and customer preferences related to eco-friendly and socially responsible products.

  • Environmental Impact Assessment: Assess and quantify the environmental impact of products, identifying areas for improvement and sustainability enhancements.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry experts, to drive sustainability initiatives and build partnerships that support sustainable product development.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with environmental and social regulations and standards, ensuring that products meet or exceed these requirements.

  • Sustainability Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain sustainability reports, providing transparency and accountability regarding the organization's sustainability performance.

  • Life Cycle Assessment: Conduct life cycle assessments to evaluate the environmental impact of products from raw materials to disposal and recommend strategies for reducing their footprint.

  • Product Marketing: Work with the marketing team to communicate the sustainability features and benefits of products to customers and stakeholders effectively.

  • Budget Management: Manage the budget for sustainability initiatives and ensure resources are allocated effectively.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of sustainability professionals, fostering a culture of sustainability within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Resident in Thailand. Speaking Thai mother language.

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Environmental Science, or Environment Engineering, Sustainability Management).

  • Proven experience in management: sustainability, carbon footprint (CFO), climate change, Clean Development Mechanism (CDM),(T-VER), ISO14067

  • Strong knowledge of sustainability principles, practices, and regulations.

  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.

  • Data analysis and environmental impact assessment expertise.
