Position Title: Sales Manager - Modern Trade

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Reports to: Senior Sales Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for managing groups of key customers in MT Channel. They need to lead team members to solve issues, identify opportunities, and implement executions to achieve sales targets and business objectives. This position is also responsible for account strategy preparation which in line with customer’s objectives and goals.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Responsible for supporting guidelines to team to achieve sales target including spending control.

  • Driving team’s engagement and motivation with capability development.

  • Strengthen the relationship with customers, be able to convince and negotiate at high level perspective.

  • Consolidate and review sales plan from Sales Representative before execution.

  • Take an important role in Demand planning consolidation for smooth operation with a high service level.

  • Provide a support to team members about trading term negotiation within company’s budget

  • Assisting Senior Sales Manager in consolidating tasks,and provide the motivating feedback to team members.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related field

  • At least 8 years working experience in Key Account Manager role in consumer product industry.

  • Have experience in Modern Trade channel at least 8 years

  • Strong communication skills combining with negotiation skills and people management.

  • Strong understanding of retail market environment in Modern Trade Channel

  • Excellence in command in English Communication (both written and speaking)

  • Excellence in Good MS office and presentation skill.
