RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greeting and welcoming residents, guests, and visitors.

  • Answering telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.

  • Assisting residents with inquiries, complaints, or requests.

  • Maintaining and updating resident records and databases.

  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.

  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.

  • 1 year of working experience in Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.

  • Good command of written & spoken Thai and Chinese (HSK5).

  • Service mind and team working skills with assertiveness personality.

  • Time management and communication skills are essential.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Able to work 6 days/week.
