Copeland Pricing Director, Asia, Middle East and Africa in Bangkok, Thailand

As Pricing Director, Asia, Middle East and Africa, You will:

  • Build pricing strategy with partners to support sustainable and profitable growth of the business and value creation.

  • Work with business partners to develop deep market understanding, shape go to market strategy, determine product positioning using value based models, drive sales by segments, maintain and develop data analytics and dashboards to manage performance

  • Lead Pricing Organization to set product and customer level prices and execute deals in line with annual Budgets and long-range plans.

  • Partner with region sales teams to achieve price results. Own all price approval processes, including rebate programs, price guidelines and promotional pricing.

  • Run Pricing Council for the Region and coordinate with other global price teams and business embrace best-known-methods, share expertise, and ensure efficient global pricing decisions.

Required education, experienced and skills:

  • Degree in Business, Accounting, Analytics, Engineering or similar field, MBA will be preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years work experience in pricing, planning, finance or business analytical.

  • Knowledge of HVACR Products or similar industries well regarded.

  • Excellent analytical skills including database and business process automation.

  • Strong business acumen and appreciation of Value Creation.

  • ERP proficiency (Oracle, HFM, or similar).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
