Job Position: Marketing and Content Manager (eCommerce)

Report to: eCommerce Team Leader

Department: Marketing -eCommerce

Job descriptions:

  • Act as a gatekeeper for brands to improve brand equity within the eCom platform and work closely with Marketing and Platform Managers to optimize the portfolio and enhance brand communication.

  • Improve eCom shopper experience by optimizing eCommerce UX/UI, Shop in Shop and onsite features ie. Feed & CEM in order to improve conversion rate.

  • Develop eCom contents across all channels that impactfully convey commercial and brand messages, campaign theme and tagline.

  • Manage graphic designers to deliver eCom assets in all channels including Shop in Shop, CPAS and other media.

  • Working closely with Team Impactful Brand Experiences (Digital Marketing Team) to develop and deliver on-site search strategies and optimization in order to improve Share of Search and acquire potential buyers.

  • Responsible for affiliate marketing, social media content strategies and communication.

  • Responsible for improving the Edge Scorecards including store integrity, rating, review & share of search.

  • Lead other content & e-Store optimization projects as assigned by team leader.

  • Collaborate with Analytics and Social to uncover new consumer behavior insights and translate into impactful tactics to recruit new buyers.

  • For all platforms, track daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement. Report KPIs to management on a weekly and monthly basis.


  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in brand content/ eCom Campaign Marketing/ Onsite MS or Search/ SEO development.

  • Understanding of UX/UI, information architecture and content structures, brand contents implementation.

  • Excellent persuasive communication and analytical skills to effectively explain and demonstrate digital content marketing effectiveness.

  • Experience working in search optimization, SEO/ SEM, keywords optimization, SKU/ product description - eCommerce MS experience is plus.

  • Solid understanding of digital ecosystems and brand communications and deploy into eCommerce platforms.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

  • Good Command of English, presentation and writing skills.
