Copeland Manager Electronics and Integration Solutions Thailand in Bangkok, Thailand

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plan to achieve business target and prepare monthly forecasting & demand planning for Control & Electronics in Thailand.

  • Identify new business opportunities, including growth opportunities, develop strategies to penetrate potential new business accounts.

  • Maintain, support, and improve business relationship with existing customers, channel partners and key end-users, especially OEMs

  • Provide application supports and services to Copeland Electronics and Variable Speed customers, particularly system design and operation

  • Site-visit when is required to review systems and diagnose problems

  • Collaborate with local team to support customers by preparing material for training, set up training on product application to support the business.

  • Provide the technical solutions to address customer’s needs in short & mid-term plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics Engineering

  • Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in technical sales and site work with a strong experience in HVACR or Electronics or Controls, including inverter control algorithm will be preferred.

  • Excellent hands-on technical knowledge of Variable Speed Compressors, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration system design and trouble shooting

  • Good communication in Spoken and Written English & Thai and computer skills

  • Able to take initiatives, drive results and able to work under pressure
