Responsibilities

  • Survey, Millscan and feed mill audit works.

  • Calibration of all applicators before dispatch from factory.

  • Installation, commissioning, testing of All Kemin Applicators at customer sites.

  • Interface Kemin Applicators with customer systems.

  • Online and onsite Applicators error troubleshooting.

  • Quarterly applicator maintenance.

  • Supporting KAS Applicators assembly team.

  • Support sales and technical team on product trials and application.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering related to Industrial Automation.

  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in an industrial environment.

  • Sound practical knowledge of PLC programs such as Delta, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Direct Logic.

  • Strong affinity for industrial automation.

  • Highly motivated self-starter, with an outgoing personality, is highly organized and can work independent and in a team.

  • Passport and willingness to travel extensively (up to 60%), domestically and internationally.

  • Good Presentation and Documentation Skills to present Kemin Application Solution to customers and call report documents

  • Applied Understanding of Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) working with electricity, compressed air, chemicals.

  • Experience in Feed mill process technology (advantage).

  • Experience in liquid dosing systems (advantage).

  • Understanding of PLC programming, field bus systems and software development (advantage).

  • Inventory and management skills.

  • Willingness to represent Kemin onsite and during industry events.

  • Sales oriented mindset.

    Working Conditions: Normal hours are from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
