Job Title: Associate Marketing Manager

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

An Associate Marketing Manager should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. Also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics. Ensuring that the goods and products of the company enjoy a good customer patronage. Formulates plans, strategies, and blueprints to present a definite path for marketing. Ensure excellent execution at trade and support request from sales team.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Plan, and participate in the launch of new products since developing to customer’s listing stage.

  • Support the marketing/trade marketing/sales team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing, trade marketing campaigns.

  • Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyse trends.

  • Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities, through surveys, and sales data.

  • Develop and implement activity ideas to drive growth for category/brand in each channel.

  • Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral.

  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.

  • 3 years or above experience of sales, trade marketing or marketing assistant in FMCG business.

  • Experience in Direct and (or) Indirect channel model

  • Fluent in Microsoft Excel & Power point.

  • Excellent command in English both speaking, and writing.

  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Able to travel upcountry area, or aboard time to time.
