The Account Manager, Technical Sales is responsible for sales and support activities with customers focus on prospecting new opportunities in Food Safety products with a specific focus on Mycotoxin, Allergen, Food Pathogen, GMO and Hygiene products. Defining and driving strategies and ensuring the achievement of sales .

Your key responsibilities

  • Provide new sales opportunities in Regulatory Departments, and Thailand Accounts and will involve working closely with cross-functional teams within Romer Labs Strategic Business Unit.

  • Responsible for sales goals to be in line with the goals set by the company.

  • Responsible for salesforce.com processes such as provide quotation to the customers.

  • Responsible for forecasting and sales tracking and achieving the revenue and profitability targets for ROMER Labs products.

  • Responsible to support customers on-site validations and execute experimental protocols to gain qualifications and order success.

  • Drives brand awareness of products, conduct training and seminars for clients, channel partners and sales team. Responsible for daily salesforce.com engagement to support opportunities tracking.

    You bring

  • Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, Biology or Chemistry, Master’s degree preferred.

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in relevant industry.

  • Good command of English in speaking and writing to work with internal stakeholders.

  • Fast learner and passion for sales. Have your own car with a driver’s license.

  • Possess excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills. Demonstrate strong passion to understand and network with Food Safety industry.
