General Summary:
As Internal Technical Sales you are responsible for directly contributing to achieving AAES Revenue Growth & Margin Improvement targets. Will also work closely with the Technical Sales Team and support as a link into the Operations Team.
Principal Duties &
Responsibilities:
Technical Sales Quote follow up and approvals
Monitor, report & drive sales growth through Quoted Works
Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to increase sales approvals
Identifying new sales opportunities, upselling services and products
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
Negotiating and closing sales deals
Be an ambassador for Excellent Customer Service and phone manner
Commercial Performance contacting all quote follow ups within 24hrs of submission
Monitor customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
Assist the Service Sales Field Teams with support as a link into the Service Operations Team
Liaise with technicians while on site and upgrade jobs
Carry out additional tasks as required by the business
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar internal technical sales position
Strong organisation and communication skills, along with attention to detail
Ability to work with senior management, under pressure and to tight deadlines
Results driven
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for meeting the requirements of the role
Good understanding of systems, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Must have current drivers license and own transport

Achieving and exceeding all targets across Quoted Works
Achieving Individual targets set per month
Increasing Customer Spend Year On Year
Reducing/Eliminating Invoice Queries Disputes/Credits Associated With Your Customers To Facilitate Optimum Results By Communicating
Improvement of Customer Service and Retention in line in with Company standards
Compliance to all relevant policies and procedures including Safety.

Required Level:
Relevant Diploma, technical background or Sales degree preferred. Tradesman encouraged to apply as an “off the tools role”
