This is your role. What part will you play?

· Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar role

· An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions and UI design expertise.

· Must illustrate solving for multi-platform UX challenges and demonstrate scalable, user-friendly, responsive design solutions.

· Translate user research & insights into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that culminate in intuitive user experiences.

· Coordinate with product management, design team and engineering to define and implement innovative design solutions that align with business direction and improvements in user experience.

· Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design challenges.

· Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

· Illustrate all design ideas from concept to hand-off to engineering. Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

· Build wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, sitemaps, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

· Engage users/clients in the design process and evaluate user feedback.

· Seek to establish and promote design guidelines, best-practices, and standards.

· Experience in creating prototypes, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps. Proficiency in visual design, wire-framing and rapid prototyping tools

· Ability to communicate your designs and key breakthrough deliverables to peers and business partners.

· Ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

· Able to work independently (unsupervised) and as an active member of a team.

· Experienced working in an Agile/Scrum development process environment

· Experienced in both creative agency and client-side environment preferred.

Education Background

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, or outstanding design skills.

· 4+ years of UI/UX design experience for, familiar with design guidelines and processes

· Have good logical thinking, analyzing and problem-solving skills.

· Have good communication skills, familiar with user research.

· Passion for leveraging design/technology to help solve healthcare issues and improve the lives of both medical professionals and patients.

· full-time experience as UX/interaction designer.

· Strong portfolio of work demonstrating design thinking, design process, and solutions for web and mobile applications.

· Proficient in crafting UX artifacts (e.g., user journeys, wireframes, prototypes) using a variety of UX and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Miro etc.,).

· Proficient in undertaking user research, user interviews, concept and usability testing.
