About the Job:

Rubrik Security Cloud (RSC) is designed to secure all customers’ crown jewels - their data and help them get up and running quickly after an attack. RSC protects all customer data - in the data center, cloud, and SaaS with an award-winning user experience.

This is a pivotal position focussing on building core RSC platform capabilities to provide flexible deployment options, to provide our customers deep entitlement and usage insights and supporting our Go-To-Market SaaS strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the vision, strategy, and execution of Rubrik Security Cloud Go-to-market motions for new buying programs and As-a-Service offerings

  • Specify market requirements for current and future subscription, consumption and utility licensing models by conducting market research supported by ongoing conversations with customers and non-customers

  • Work directly with customers and prospects to empathize with their challenges, validate and prioritize the solutions that would add the most value to our customers, and communicate the roadmap.

  • Collaborate with engineering, GTM, product operations, finance, and sales closely to proactively plan and execute product improvements required to support new buying programs

  • Develop Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories to define product enhancements and rollout strategies.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have 5+ years of relevant product management experience building enterprise SaaS software products

  • Expertise with licensing, subscription, billing, price tiering feature areas of SaaS platforms

  • Experience partnering with design to build great customer experiences

  • Technical background working with engineering teams on complex software projects

  • Proven ability to build use cases with real-world data, communicate effectively through presentations and detailed documentation, and influence decision-making processes.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic work environment

  • Growth mindset - must be obsessively curious and have a strong desire to learn

  • You have demonstrated an innate drive for improvement and a can-do attitude.
