IQVIA Project Manager in Bangalore, India

The Project Manager position will support the global Talent & Learning (T&L) organization within the Human Resources function by providing effective project management support across T&L. The Project Manager will partner closely with the T&L Director on designing project management tools, building a process, and implementing a new project management office for the T&L organization. A key focus of the role will be to support teams in developing and documenting accurate project plans and functional requirements, creating project timelines, helping to coordinate and lead key planning meetings, support measuring project performance, and assist in the beginning stages of project plan implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with T&L Director to define project management office needs, connect the dots between current and future systems/platforms, and develop creative project management solutions to address requirements

Develop, manage, and execute project plans and timelines supporting T&L initiatives and programs to ensure project goals and actions are executed on time; collaborate and work with T&L project leads, as well as cross functional stakeholders

Prepare for and lead key project planning meetings, addressing adjustments, risks/concerns, successes, recommendations, and areas for improvement

Partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in project management processes, including automation and driving meaningful metrics and analytics

Ensure the completion of set up and maintenance of all project documentation files and records taking responsibility for internal databases, tracking systems, and project plans with project specific information 

Supports critical projects through KPI analysis, data consolidation, trends, key insights and reporting, ensuring high quality and on time delivery

Qualifications:

3-5 years of strong technical project management experience

Demonstrated success in leading and coordinating projects through ideation, development, pilot, and implementation

Has technical and practical knowledge of the core project management methodologies and principles

Advanced competence in Project Management software and tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet

Strong experience in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to work proactively and autonomously, and willingness to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent process orientation - focuses on efficiency without losing sight of customer experience

Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder enablement skills

Ability to work creatively in a fast-paced and global environment maintaining flexibility through changing priorities and demanding timelines
