Are you ready to imagine the future and help us transform the Global Pursuit Practice within the Global Services and Solutions organization. The Pursuit Practice is sponsored to Enable Market Pursuit Organizations to accelerate TAT, improve customer intimacy & deliver high value outcomes for our customers through simplification of policy, processes, and tools. To achieve our mission, we are seeking experienced process engineering talent who can independently drive and coordinate process improvement workstreams and deploy best in class pursuit processes within the Regional Pursuit Centers for HP's Managed Print Services, Managed Device Services and Managed Collaboration Services GTMs. We will become a center of excellence which requires that we get results in smarter and in a more automated way than is done in the field today. This role will drive those improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading global and cross-functional projects and workstreams with medium to high complexity

  • Collaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.

  • Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to streamline the processes and helps increase overall efficiency.

  • Lead design thinking and solutioning activities, Creation and maintenance of process flows and operational procedures.

  • Develop processes that facilitate effective communication and collaboration between sales, market pursuit teams and pursuit centers.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of pursuit service processes.

  • Generate regular reports to communicate process performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Provide training and support to pursuit service teams to ensure a thorough understanding of optimized processes.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the pursuit services team.

  • Recommend process changes that will enable simplification and standardization of pursuit processes within the Pursuit Centers.

  • Maintains process documentation and communicates tactical process decisions and plans, project status, and issues and workaround.

  • Understand how Automation tools and AI can support process improvements and efficiency, define a clear action list to leverage these capabilities and work with teams to define clear use cases such that we get those automations implemented quickly.

Education and Experience Required:

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.

  • Typically, 6-10 years of related experience in Sales, Pursuit or Solution Delivery.

  • Experience in Outcome based Services and Solution Selling.

  • Sound project management experience.

  • Quality improvement / Six Sigma Training required and certification a plus.

  • Experience in user experience design.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of HP Services Sales processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements.

  • In-depth understanding of core HP Services businesses.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong business experience in at least one of these areas: Services Sales, Pursuit, Delivery of Customer Success

  • Excellent communication skills (i.e., written, verbal, presentation), leadership, and influence skills. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.

  • Strong project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation.

  • Solid financial and business acumen.
