Job Description:

Teams Core Engineering (India Dev Center) is looking for an ambitious leader to lead its Consumer team which consists of 30+ engineers responsible for Teams for Life and GroupMe products. Their mission is to grow our monthly active users in Consumer with high engagement and grow attach for GroupMe. This role will be in Noida, India.

The right person will be a strong partner with our Redmond teams to grow our consumer market share. They will work on the full customer life cycle - including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and renewal funnels. The measure of success will be consumer subscriber growth.

The right candidate will have strong customer passion, bias for action, work across time zones, architect solid software and services. They will manage a team of strong engineers and managers. They will role model the values of mutual respect and build a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  1. BS Computer Science or related field

  2. 14+ years of product development experience

  3. 7 years of managing people
