We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our People & Culture team! As a recruiter you will be responsible for all levels of talent acquisition, recruiting, and recruitment programs, procedures, and plans. You are expected to possess strong understanding of client needs and hiring conditions external and internal. You will provide advice, expertise and assistance to all levels of personnel both internal and external on various recruiting/talent acquisition related issues.

You will serve as trusted member of India HR organization driving great partnerships with internal & external customers, provide sourcing and candidate generation to hiring managers across multiple teams, organizations and locations.

To be great in this role you must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. You thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up your sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.


  • Partner with Engineering, Finance & IT teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches

  • Own the recruiting cycle, spanning all areas and disciplines, build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research

  • Proactively recruit passive talent to join the Polaris team

  • Possess strong ability to screen interview candidates within the framework of the position specifications

  • Communicate effectively with the hiring manager, HRBP and interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process

  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting

  • Deliver against set metrics to provide consistent result and data backed progress

  • Provide a great candidate experience by adopting our “Best Customer Experience” valueQUALIFICATION/ SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree preferably in HR or related field

  • 5+ years of progressive full lifecycle recruiting experience within an international corporate dynamic and search firm environment

  • Self-starter, should be able to tap into local networks to find candidates

  • Demonstrate the ability to highly network and ability to seek out information

  • Working knowledge of social media recruiting and should be updated with current market trends

  • Ability to source business/tech talent, with prior experience to hire for roles like Product, Program, Sales, Tech Engineering roles.

  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships

  • Other related duties assigned as needed
