As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating and optimizing the Agile development process. Working closely with the development team, product owner, and customers, you will ensure the successful implementation of Scrum principles and practices.

What will you do?

  • Guide and mentor the software development team and the organization on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.

  • Facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Take ownership feature development along with scrum master activities.

  • Support and empower the Scrum Team to self-organize and make informed decisions.

  • Remove impediments and obstacles to the team's progress.

  • Foster effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the product owner to ensure a well-maintained product backlog and clear understanding of priorities.

  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

  • Facilitate regular retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.

  • Monitor team performance using relevant metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Provide transparency into the team's progress through effective reporting.

  • Act as a servant leader, supporting the team and promoting a collaborative work culture.

  • Advocate for and ensure the team follows Agile/Scrum principles.

Minimum Requirements or Qualifications:

  • Bachelors / master’s in computer science.

  • Technical hands-on knowledge on C#, .NET technologies.

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.

  • Experience with other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean) is a plus.

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience.

  • Passionate about building extraordinary software solutions that improve lives.

  • Experience with software development standard methodologies: Agile, TDD, DDD.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Ability to detail artifacts and processes and then explain them to others.
