The ideal candidate has strong technical & functional knowledge of NetSuite financials, and advanced revenue management module. The company is scaling their operations, and this role will have the opportunity to work on several new projects, implementations, and be the subject matter expert for NetSuite.

Job Description

As the NetSuite System Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system. You will be responsible for overseeing the customization, configuration, and enhancement of NetSuite to meet the needs of our business.

Responsibilities

System Administration:

  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within NetSuite.

  • Configure and maintain system preferences, settings, and customizations, with a focus on advanced revenue management.

  • Monitor system performance and address any technical issues in a timely manner.

  • Customization And Configuration:

· Customize NetSuite forms, fields, workflows, and reports to streamline the processes.

· Develop and implement scripts to automate tasks and enhance system functionality.

Integration And Data Management:

  • Oversee integrations between NetSuite and other business systems, particularly those related to purchasing, payroll, T&E and sales.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and data management practices.

  • Lead data migration projects as needed, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

Training And Support:

  • Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionality.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related inquiries and troubleshooting.

  • Develop documentation and training materials to support user adoption and knowledge transfer.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about NetSuite updates, features, and industry best practices.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance system functionality to better support our business objectives.

  • Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in advanced revenue management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 8 years of experience in NetSuite administration and configuration, preferably in a SaaS software industry.

  • Strong understanding of NetSuite advanced revenue management modules and related functionalities.

  • Experience with NetSuite integrations and data migration techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • NetSuite certification(s) (e.g., SuiteFoundation, Administrator, Developer) preferred.

  • Familiarity with SaaS industry practices and requirements is a plus.
