Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identifies technical solution, performs the changes necessary, and shares the accurate change details with the wider development team.

  • Incorporates business & market needs into technical solutions.

  • Reviews and approves the development changes needed for the product and ensures the quality of deliverables.

  • Co-ordinating with other developers and project leads to ensure proper integrations and merges with the other project changes.

  • Provides input to the test strategies at a product level.

  • Demonstrates the application of SDLC principles and Agile methodology.

  • Owns and drives continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and quality gaps.

  • Work and collaborate closely with Project Manager to define and meet all CTQs & deliverables within project schedule, with minimum guidance.

  • Participate in design/change reviews with the Team and Change Control Board.

  • Collaborate with internal and/or external parties in the development, improvement, and maintenance of products.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer/ Electronics Engineering with 4 to 6 years of work experience in SW development.

  • Excellent software design and implementation skills in

. Spring Boot,

. Java script,

. Python,

. AWS basics,

. React or Node.js.

  • Expertise in development and maintenance of Software systems.

  • Experience in Continuous Integration tools like SVN, Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, BitBucket, Jira etc.

  • Experience in Code Quality tools like Coverity, Fortify, Unit test tools.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering results on time with Quality.

  • Good understanding of Healthcare domain (regulations and standards) and Medical software development process in an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

  • Proactive and self-driven, possesses a due sense of urgency.

  • Shall possess systems mindset and good problem-solving abilities.

Would be a plus:

  • Ability to organize and present technical status to Technical Leader.

  • Experience in Healthcare domain is a plus

  • Good in Scripting Languages: Python, Makefiles, CMake
