Roles & Responsibilities: (Technical Competency):

  • Provide strong technical leadership in structural domain for Oil & Gas both upstream/downstream assets

  • Provide technical solution in the area of structural Offshore/Onshore Asset Integrity

  • Has ability to provide innovative solutions /automations/ methodologies to build a differentiation for Quest

  • Drive and manage Engineers to execute structural Integrity workflows with Quality at scale

  • Provide pre-sales support for new business deals and post-sales support for the new projects assigned

  • Drive core team members to recruit skilled resources and train internal resources to build required competency

  • Coordinate the activities between customer, sales organization and global technical teams

  • Flexible to make short business trips to offshore offices & sites

  • Lead, develop, nurture and manage global customer relationships and drive strategic partnering initiatives to address unique business situations and complex technology needs

  • Review technical scoping, estimation, perform feasibility studies, mapping customer expectations and design solutions

Required Qualifications & Competencies:

• Engineering degree in civil/structural engineering

• 6-9 years of oil gas experience in related industry (Onshore/Offshore structural projects)

• Should have sound knowledge on Oil & Gas upstream and downstream business in the following areas o Risk Based Inspection methodologies o Fixed equipment inspection tasks/ procedures o Inspection Optimization o Fitness for Service & Life extension studies o Repair scope preparation o Structural Damage Mechanisms of Offshore & Onshore structures o Familiarity with codes and standards o Knowledge of software (STAAD Pro, SACS, APM Meridium, Pestra, Credo, etc.) o Excellent verbal & written communication

• Should be able to perform structural risk assessments of Offshore & Onshore structures

• Should have knowledge of corrective and preventative maintenance strategy

• Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teams

• Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point)

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Meridium / Credo / Pestra and SAP

  • OPITO Certificate

  • Implementation of Automation, AI, IOT technique
