Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Designing the test spec and test cases for product requirements (Rail domain)

  • Review the testcases according to the test spec and requirements

  • Good analysis on failing test cases

  • knowledge on GIT, Gerrit and Jenkins

  • Good knowledge on designing the test scripts, programming knowledge and Ladder logics

  • Analysis on signaling plans and methods

  • Must to have knowledge on doors and synergy

  • Added advantage if knowledge on Vector Cast Tool

  • Always ensure the process implemented deliver good and right quality services/product to the customers

  • Ensuring successful deliverables including its interfaces and integration with other parts of the system

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • Good communication skills (Must).

  • Strong C++ programming skills in a Linux environment

  • Experience in Object-Oriented design and Multithreaded programming

  • Experience in Unit Testing/Branch testing

  • Experience in SDLC like V-Models and Agile etc.

  • Take responsibility for the system component design and development

  • Ensure developed code has full coverage by automated tests

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in Linux & setup the virtual machine

  • Strong understanding of computer systems e.g. operating systems, networks, performance optimization, etc.

  • Independent team player with an eye for details and report on status and planning of own work.

Desired Skills:

  • Good component testing skills

  • Automotive/rail/aerospace experience
