Roles & Responsibilities: Must Have Skill

  • Generate CNC programs for Multi axis & mill turn machines using Esprit tool

  • Should have experience on Milling and turning programming .

  • Experience in prove out activity on the shop floor

  • Production troubleshooting must be a strength.

  • Understands cutting tool selection and how to establish feeds and speeds

  • Has a basic knowledge of CNC coding (G and M code) and CAD / CAM methods and techniques

  • Optimization of existing programs for cycle time reduction

  • Quality check of programs generated by other team members Guide and train other team members on programming standard

  • Knowledge on Vericut will be added advantage.

Tool Knowledge

  • Esprit CAM

  • Vericut

Desired Skills:

  • Good communication skills

  • Co-ordination with customer and offshore team
