Job Purpose and Impact

The Office Services Supervisor will provide guidance and execute moderately complex office services activities. In this role, you will lead a team of professionals in the areas of project and service management, events logistics arrangement, vendor management, employee engagement and budget management.

Key Accountabilities

  • Define and implement policies, procedures and measurements to direct the daily activities of the domain.

  • Lead all aspects of related services to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance in business operation.

  • Monitor effectiveness of current procedures and provide suggestions to continuously improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Lead facility vendor management to ensure service performance meet the requirements and negotiate and renew related leases or services terms.

  • Oversee budget and capital and expenses which includes analysis of all costs on an ongoing basis and make daily purchase decisions.

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum one year of directly related work experience

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
