Title: Research Project Interviewer

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Research Project Interviewer will play a crucial role in conducting interviews and managing study documents for our research projects. This role requires in-person work at client sites.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete study certification through client onsite training.

  • Engage with participants and external clients in a professional manner, administering study documents accurately.

  • Conduct interviews using specialized software, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

  • Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for conducting interviews.

  • Coordinate participant schedules and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • MIninum High School Diploma.

  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

  • Experience in market research or clinical research is a plus

  • Computer Skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office/Computer Literacy
