TEKsystems in partnership with leading healthcare client in search of a Medical Practice Representative!
Description:
Performs registration and scheduling of outpatient appointments, charge entry, collection of co-pays and medical records functions.
May perform referrals.
Optimizes facility and professional collections.
Pulls and refiles records, files loose reports and other documents in the records, performs file maintenance in the filing area.
Processes release of medical records information.
Answers telephone inquiries.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
