Robert Half Executive Assistant in Baltimore, Maryland

Description

Position is open because they terminated the last person, her last day was yesterday and they are in dire need for help.

Fully onsite- downtown

Schedule is M-F, 8-5pm with one hour lunch break.

Reporting to office of directors, Michelle and Gina

Start date: Ideally tomorrow, but not sure if we can get starts pending approval based on the addendum we have on file. Will get with Michelle and see what can be done here. Monday is more realistic.

Supporting the Executive Director- Michelle, and Board of Trustees. Scheduling, calendar management, preparing meeting materials, expense reports, email and phone correspondence, meeting minutes, travel arrangements, participating in external meetings with donors and partners, supporting donor/visitor relations, supervising the Administrator to the Office of the Executive Director, etc.

Software: experience in Raisers Edge, Financial Edge, InDesign is a strong preference

Perm pay is 65k, bill rate is not to exceed $53/hr.

Process: Virtual and phone IV before they start. send top 1-2 people to Kandice and coordinate IV.

Requirements • Proficient in Concur software for expense management

• Exceptional calendar management skills to organize and schedule meetings or appointments

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members

• Experience in handling conference calls for team meetings or client interactions

• Proficiency in drafting correspondence such as emails, letters, and memos

• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign for creating presentations and graphics

• Ability to coordinate schedules to ensure smooth operation of activities.
