The pay rate for this job is $26 - $28 / hour

Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.

  • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.

  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.

  • Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a commercial plumber.

  • Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
