Description

The Branch Manager role is vital for steering the safe and efficient operations of our designated areas at Badger. You will drive financial results, operational excellence, and superior customer service, ensuring safety and our long-term profitability and growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute a one-year business plan aligned with corporate strategies to enhance operational safety and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead and maintain all branch operations, including financial performance, customer service, and compliance with health and safety standards.

  • Forge and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, enhancing Badger's market presence and brand.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • At least 5 years of management experience in industries like Heavy Equipment Rental, Commercial Construction, or similar.

  • Minimum of 3 years managing full Profit and Loss statements.

    What You'll Need for Success:

  • Strong leadership and ability to develop, manage, and retain a skilled workforce.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast service needs, and oversee daily operations effectively.
