Loyola University Maryland Associate Vice President for Student Development in Baltimore, Maryland

Position Details:

The division of Student Development at Loyola University Maryland is searching for its next Associate Vice President for Student Development. Reporting directly to the Vice President for Student Development, the AVP provides service, support and engagement opportunities for students in alignment with our Catholic and Jesuit mission. They will manage, supervise the daily operations of several departments related to the student experience and engagement. The AVP is a key partner across campus assisting in planning, implementation and evaluation of the strategic initiatives of the University related to student development, diversity and inclusion. The AVP will assist the Vice President with overall divisional planning, oversees divisional budget and provide management support regarding budget and space allocation, construction and capital projects. A proven leader with significant responsibility and accomplishments in a student development division is required and welcomed for this role.
