Loyola University Maryland Assistant Director International Programs in Baltimore, Maryland

Position Details:

Manage 3 to 6 Loyola programs. Advertising, recruiting, processing applications, run all workshops, advise all students while they are abroad, transfer all their transcripts, emergency support as needed. Process applications and issue acceptance and rejection letter to program applicants. Hold academic advising sessions with accepted students to advise on overseas course selection based on degree requirements. Conduct parent/student workshops to review program information and answer questions. Maintain current and complete files on all students participating in study abroad programs. Collect, sort and compile Loyola paperwork necessary for study abroad (i.e., emergency information, risk waiver, advisor form, disciplinary agreement, etc.). Submit student visa applications. Coordinate flights and resolve student billing, advising and records issues. Monitor expenses and submit all receipts to Disbursements each month. Accompany travel group to study abroad locations to assist with transit.
