ReSound Head of Unified Identity & Access Management, Group IT in Ballerup, Denmark

Are you ready for a leadership role that drives innovation in a dynamic, global environment?

As the Head of Unified Identity & Access Management, you will be based in Ballerup, Denmark reporting directly to the Director, Modern Workplace, Nicklas Jersing. You will have 300+ IT colleagues in Group IT and 8000+ across the entire company.

The team you will be part of

You will be leading GN’s Identity & Access Management team. The team is responsible for designing and managing GN’s identity and access management infrastructure which are based on Microsoft’s technology.

You will be balancing your time between managing the daily operations and development of the team, but also taking on the responsibility as product owner ensuring a prioritized backlog while keeping team project deliveries on track working in an agile manner. In 2024 the teams primary project focus will be to merge GN’s Active Directories into one.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Lead a growing team of 5 experienced architects and specialists focusing on EntraID, Active Directory domain services, Exchange, and access management.

  • Manage projects and process development while ensuring an efficient daily operation.

  • Shape essential features and narratives for PI planning processes.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for identity services providing critical recommendations and support.

  • Oversee Azure DevOps, enhance features for PI Planning, provide comprehensive reporting and identify enhancement prospects

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and share insights with the team

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you

  • have several years of relevant IT infrastructure experience, preferably in a complex international company or IT consultancy

  • have leadership or project/program management experience with a focus on motivating teams and delivering strong results

  • have familiarity with SCRUM, SAFe, Cloud, DevOps, ITIL, and agile principles

  • have relevant educational degree and strong stakeholder management abilities

  • are fluent in written and spoken English

  • have certifications within the IT Identity domain, but not a requirement

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
