TMNA Services LLC Senior Business Analyst in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania

Elicit, analyze, and document high-level business requirements. Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential solution options. Analyze the feasibility and cost benefit of potential solution options. Facilitate communications between IT and the business for assigned work. Formulate and design system scope and objectives based on user needs and thorough understanding of business processes. Work with internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve business results. Provide technical guidance concerning business implications of application development projects. Gather and analyze information and support resolutions to address application and business issues for a specific business group. Support the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Work with analyzing and documenting software requirements; property and casualty insurance; insurance policy administration systems; writing business requirements and functional specifications; SDLC; UML; BPMN; UI, design specs, and wireframes; eliciting, defining, and documenting required business functionality and non-functional requirements; and, planning and executing application development, enhancement, and support.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study, plus five (5) years of experience with analyzing and documenting software requirements; property and casualty insurance; insurance policy administration systems; writing business requirements and functional specifications; SDLC; UML; BPMN; UI, design specs, and wireframes; eliciting, defining, and documenting required business functionality and non-functional requirements; and, planning and executing application development, enhancement, and support. Alternatively, the employer will accept seven (7) years of experience with analyzing and documenting software requirements; property and casualty insurance; insurance policy administration systems; writing business requirements and functional specifications; SDLC; UML; BPMN; UI, design specs, and wireframes; eliciting, defining, and documenting required business functionality and non-functional requirements; and, planning and executing application development, enhancement, and support.  Telecommuting is permitted.
