Responsibilities
Meeting Customers for technical and commercial discussions. Preparing quotations based on the Customer request
Assisting Operations Manager with preparing running procedures and drawings
Controlling and supervising equipment load outs upon Manager’s request
Executing FRE jobs as the Field Engineer on day / night shift, (depending on the technical knowledge) as per Weatherford OPES
Prepare comprehensive detailed job reports at the end of each operational job, capturing all lessons learned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience as an oil and gas Applications Engineer
Fishing and intervention experience preferred. Previous drilling experience, i.e rough neck, assistant driller/driller, as well as running of well bore clean-out equipment and various downhole plugs.
Previous offshore/ rig location operations experience is required
BSc in Engineering, Mechanical preferred
Advanced English, verbal and written
PC proficiency, MS Office
Experience using well operation software applications such as for hydraulics or torque & drag analysis
