JACO OIL COMPANY JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary: The Remodel Foreman is part of a multi-faceted project team responsible for general commercial tenant improvement and constructions projects related to all aspects of retail gas station convenience stores. This person is the hands-on working foreman in charge of execution and directing a crew of 2-4 people. A successful candidate for this position should have well rounded system experience with the following areas:

  • Drawing reading and project planning
  • Material planning and requisition
  • Awareness of California Electric Code approved wiring methods
  • Awareness of Plumbing Codes
  • Experience in and awareness of multiple trades including:

Cabinet Building and Repair Electrical Plumbing Grading and Concrete Framing, wood and steel Roofing Lighting Interior and Exterior Finishes

Qualifications:

  • Ability to travel and work out of town as needed a must.
  • Capable and honest to keep a crew motivated and efficient.
  • Strong technical inclination and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management, planning, and work prioritization skills
  • Results Oriented
  • Physically fit and able to work from ladders and man lifts.
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
