EXACT STAFF Plant Controller in Bakersfield, California
5-10 years of relevant experience preferably in an agricultural or manufacturing environment
Extensive experience with product costing models in and outside of an ERP platform
Ability to lead and influence others with a results driven mindset and strong project management. Experience in positions that require analysis and reporting financial results
Advanced skills with the entire Microsoft suite and ERP systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess complex situations, develop actionable plans and successfully execute under stressful conditions.
Able to engage cooperatively and constructively with co-workers, staff, and operations management
Able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
Strong organizational skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple demands simultaneously.
