Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed efficiently and according to plans. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising construction sites, equipment operation, fine grade, laser, reading blueprints, grade checking, etc. Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team ## Qualifications - Proven experience in a supervisor or supervisory role within the construction industry - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Equipment Operator Experience mandatory: scraper, motorgrader, skip, backhoe, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
