Seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Mechanic to join our team. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of a variety of equipment in our rental fleet, ensuring that all machinery is in optimal working condition for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently. Qualifications: * Proven experience as an equipment mechanic, preferably in a rental or construction equipment environment. * Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. * Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures for various types of equipment. Duties: * Perform routine maintenance and inspections on a diverse range of equipment, including but not limited to generators, power tools, construction machinery, and other rental equipment. * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and perform necessary repairs promptly to minimize downtime. * Conduct thorough equipment assessments to identify and address potential problems before they escalate. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used and services conducted. * Collaborate with the rental team to ensure rented equipment meets safety and performance standards. * Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal performance. * Keep up-to-date with industry trends, equipment manuals, and manufacturer guidelines for proper maintenance procedures. * Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding equipment status, repairs, and any additional requirements. * Perform other duties as assigned. Wage and benefits: * \$27 to \$32 per hour. * Medical insurance, retirement, relocation assistance.
