The position is based within the Power Tools Business Unit, which is dedicated to electric and pneumatic tools suitable for various industrial applications.

Job Summary

The EMEA Service Network Development and Training Manager is responsible for providing support in the selection and qualification of service centers/partners, providing training in the use of our range of clamping and lifting tools as well as creating and maintaining digital training content.

Duties include, but are not limited to, selecting and qualifying service centers, training external customers, monitoring service center performance, establishing and executing a service center audit program and corrective action plan.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and communicate with service centers and the sales force to provide training on our range of clamping and lifting tools on scheduled dates,

  • Develop and maintain digital training content while updating the training schedule and leading it at our clients and service providers,

  • Responsible for the application of the selection and qualification process for the service center and the communication of the decision to the interested parties, the conduct of a performance and capacity audit of the service center,

  • Develop and execute operational plans driving all aspects of the relationship with partners to maximize growth opportunities,

  • Plan solutions to improve service desk performance,

  • Work with the product marketing team to ensure maintenance issues are included in new products

  • Provide technical service expertise, write, or collect repair instructions for the core product of the service center portfolio,

  • Provide clear and consistent communication across the region with our partners and vendors to build strong partnerships.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5 to 10 years) as an instructor or trainer in the technical field of pneumatic, clamping, lifting and cordless tools.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • English fluent (oral/written)

  • Driving licence B required
