Sie verantworten auf dieser spannenden Position die Koordination der Angebotserstellung durch den gesamten Bid Prozess hindurch. Als Experte unterstützen Sie bei der Bid-Qualifikation und steuern die Zusammenstellung des Bid-Teams abgestimmt auf das jeweilige Angebot. Darüber hinaus obliegen Ihnen die Koordination der Angebotserstellung und die Konsolidierung der Zulieferungen in ein Angebotsdokument. Weiterhin sorgen Sie für die Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Freigabewege und interner Compliance Vorgaben und stellen die fristgerechte Abgabe des Angebotes sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Ausschreibung und Angebotsanfragen von Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Sales Teams

  • Koordination der fachlichen Zulieferungen u.a. aus den Bereichen Sales, Presales, Projektmanagement, Commercial, Einkauf und Legal

  • Eskalationsmanagement

  • Sicherstellung der Durchführung von Reviews und Freigaben sowie der Einhaltung von Compliance-Vorgaben

  • Eventuelle Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Verkaufsgesprächen, Kundenpräsentationen und Verhandlungen

  • Dokumentation des jeweiligen Angebotsprozesses sowie Bereitstellung relevanter Informationen und Durchführung von Win/Loss-Review

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder rechtliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion

  • Gutes schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen, Spaß am Umgang mit Texten und Dokumenten und die Fähigkeit zum Korrekturlesen

  • Vertragsrechtliche Grundkenntnisse sowie die Fähigkeit zu termingebundenem und termintreuem Arbeiten

  • Akkuratesse sowie sehr gut ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten in Verbindung mit technischer Affinität und ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit

  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Word

  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
