CNC Mill Operator
Full-Time (Night Shift) -- Hourly, Non-Exempt (40 hrs/week; additional hours as needed to support organization and individual goals)

What this work looks like:
- Uses macro program on the machine for the job assigned by the leader
- Selects steel of proper size, inserts into the machine, indicates no tolerance
- Arrange tools in the machine in order they will be run
- Runs program until finished; checks that machine sizes agree with print specifications
- Documents time spent for each order on daily time ticket for tracking and cost analysis
What you need to win:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience
- Computer skills
- Ability to complete basic math functions
- Ability to analyze information and report research results
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- The ability to be creative, innovative, detail-oriented, and work independently
