CNC Mill Operator

Full-Time (Night Shift) -- Hourly, Non-Exempt (40 hrs/week; additional hours as needed to support organization and individual goals)

Located in Bad Axe, MI

Our Operators and Machinists work with all kinds of equipment used in the tool-making process. They're the backbone of our organization. What this work looks like:

  • Uses macro program on the machine for the job assigned by the leader
  • Selects steel of proper size, inserts into the machine, indicates no tolerance
  • Arrange tools in the machine in order they will be run
  • Runs program until finished; checks that machine sizes agree with print specifications
  • Documents time spent for each order on daily time ticket for tracking and cost analysis

What you need to win:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to complete basic math functions
  • Ability to analyze information and report research results
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to be creative, innovative, detail-oriented, and work independently
