Job Details Responsibilities: Applies basic professional practice knowledge and skills appropriate for practice setting. Communicates effectively, both verbally and in documentation. Begins to serve as an engaged member of a team supporting colleagues in service to patients and families and may participate in task forces or other initiatives Education and Certifications: The Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB) Primary Care Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-PC) The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP-BC) Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (PPCNP-BC) The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners National Certification Board (AANPCB) Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP) NP - Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, current RN license and current AANP or ANCC certification BLS/ACLS/AED training required and accepted from only 2 organizations: American Heart Association American Red Cross - BLS/ACLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED) Program No online programs from any organization will be accepted.
