The qualified candidate will have strong quantitative and interpersonal skills. We are looking for a team player with a keen interest in building successful relationships with clients. In a business environment that is always changing, a willingness to learn and the ability to adapt are essential. The position would involve dealing with inquiries on the phone and face to face while assisting in the day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Other primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to: Essential Job Functions Include: Answer telephone, screen and direct calls Greet persons entering organization Deal with queries from the public and customers Provide general administrative and clerical support Prepare correspondence and documents Receive and sort mail and deliveries Monitor and maintain office equipment Control inventory relevant to reception area Maintain the common office space AP/AR processing and reporting. Communicate with customers/vendors about billing questions. Job Specifications: High school diploma Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Ability to work a switchboard Key Competencies: Professional personal presentation Verbal and written communication skills Customer service orientation A working knowledge of Excel, Word and Adobe.
