Job Summary

The individual is responsible for the Pool deck, Tennis court, and workingn with the Snack Grille . Patrons will include Private members and their guests. The duties primarily include daily opening of the Pool, Tennis Court and Pool, attending to members and their guests in these areas throughout the day. Additional duties will be cleaning and sanitizing betweeen pool reservation, testing the pool multiple times per day, and taking care of pool towels. Position requires immediate, efficient and professional customer service for members and guests alike. The pool and surrounding area can be very busy and needs constant attention to meet our exceptional member service standards. as well as cleanliness.

Job Specifications:

  • Outlet: Arrowhead Alpine Club

  • Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.35 / hour

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time

  • Skill Level: Entry

Job Responsibilities

  • Daily operational set up for pool, and tennis court.

  • Provide quality service to Members and their guests.

  • Is trained on and becomes familiar with general mechanical operation of pool and water balance.

  • Checks pool levels multiple times daily

  • Monitors members and guest reservations

  • Ensures pool rules and regulations are being followed

  • Maintains the appearance and cleanliness, pool furniture,pool deck, tables, and empties all waste and recycling receptacles throughout the day.

  • Check and maintain pool towel supply throughout the day.

  • Watches weather patterns throughout the day.

  • Recovers pools at the end of the day

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Able to communicate orally and written in English - required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent - required

  • Must be able to work outdoors in variable mountain weather conditions for most of a shift - required

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs - required

  • Basic familiarity with computers - required

  • Must have high attention to detail - required

  • End of season commitment - preferred

  • Previous guest service experience with high-profile clientele - preferred

  • In person interview - required

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $21.35. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
