Description

  • Responsibilities:

Compliance with safety and environmental regulations

  • Learn and follow the Standardized Work (Job Instructions) at each work station trained and working

  • Fill production log sheet/written records as directed

  • Regular independent learning

  • Regular maintenance of machinery / equipment as part of the maintenance and repair plans

  • Report deviations from the normal production process (machine faults, tool malfunctions, material problems, etc...) Stop/Call/Wait

  • Report quality defects by utalzing Stop/Call/Wait

  • Inspection of the parts in accordance with the worker-inspection plan or according to instruction before packing

  • Packaging of products in accordance with instructions

  • As part of TPM, maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace at all times

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Production experience, ideally in a company in the plastics packaging industry

  • Good understanding of technical processes

  • Good knowledge of operating supplies

  • Willingness to work in shifts

  • Willingness to follow training in order to become machine operator and Plant/installations operator

  • Readiness for self-development in the field of plastics processing

High school diploma or GED required
