As the Vice President of Marketing, you will represent the Marketing Communication in all internal and external business meetings and be able to discuss and report on all aspects of the Business whether people related, financials, operational KPI’s, sales forecasting, strategic planning, and acquisition integration.

As our VP, Marketing leader, you’ll support HID’s success by:

  • Collaborating with the Marketing teams in each Business Units to develop and implement business area-specific global HID marketing communications and strategies that are aligned with corporate business plans, brand messaging, regional sales goals and business transformation initiatives.

  • Shaping the PACS campaign framework by driving content marketing strategies for the development of assets designed to pull and retain interest and help establish HID as a leader in PACS through brand building and thought leadership campaigns.

  • Working with relevant stakeholders to develop and then monitor the global Marketing budget.

  • Interlocking with business area leadership to ensure agreement on priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions and emerging opportunities.

  • Collaborating with global resources in the strategic development of advertising campaigns, thought leadership, PR, social media, HID product literature, event displays, product positioning, value proposition messaging and web marketing programs.

  • Providing reporting into regional and global Marcom performance, including demand waterfall activities, lead velocity, ROI, and more.

  • Solid leadership and management experience, including strategic thinking, innovation, coaching and mentoring, scaling and collaboration.

  • Knows how to develop and implement business transformational programs to lead to exponential growth.

  • Knowledge of marketing automation, Web content management, analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools).

  • Understanding of market and competitive environment including deal activity and potential opportunities.

  • Familiarity with mature and more emerging global market realities.

  • Global mindset and culturally aware.

  • Demonstrated skills in positioning and differentiating products and services.

  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.

    Your Experience and Education include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field. MBA is preferred.

  • Minimum 15 years+ of experience in B2B marketing communications / demand generation / integrated marketing, with 2-3 years in the PACS industry a plus.

  • Experience in running a full P&L with demonstrable experience driving top and bottom-line objectives.

  • Knowledge of WebEx or other web-based video communications software beneficial.
