Responsible for developing and/or conducting a variety of training programs and assessment tools.
Conduct training needs analyses to determine specific training needs for department staff and evaluate effectiveness
Identify, develop and conduct appropriate training programs, including selecting and designing appropriate training aids
Recommend and leverage Training Best Practices and adult learning methodologies as it relates to training content and delivery
Collaborate with target learner stakeholders to articulate learning objectives and performance expectations for new and existing curriculum
Establish assessments to measure the how effectively the training curriculum meets Learning Objectives and Performance metrics; recommend and/or develop appropriate changes to enhance effectiveness
Collaborate with Documentation and Content Development teams to ensure training curriculum leverages approved Standard Work Instructions and Business Process Flows
Maintain records of training activities and employee progress
Recognizes when someone is struggling and can recommend and implement strategies for success
Uses a variety of technology platforms to reinforce training.

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare setting.
Auditing experience preferred.
